Job Title: Remote Information Technology Recruiter

Job Description:

elariaà Consulting is a successful information technology consulting company headquartered in the beautiful Pacific North West. We have strategically hired seasoned Recruiters in various states across the country to support the critical hiring needs of our national clients. Each Recruiter has the option to work remotely from their home office and utilizes their own talent of sourcing or networking for candidates. However, our business has grown much over the past few years in the Healthcare IT space, that we have had the luxury to hire additional professionals to our team.

Essential Functions:

  • Understand the needs of elariaà and respond urgently by recruiting effectively and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with management to understand needs and various metrics required to succeed
  • Source potential candidates by utilizing job boards, referrals, advertising and other resources
  • Post job requirements on the internet to increase candidate pool
  • Review resumes for requirements, pre-screen candidates, handle interviews
  • Work with hiring managers to determine candidate placement
  • Work with Technical principles to ensure the messaging to potential candidates is consistent
  • Present job opportunities to potential candidates
  • Cultivate and build relationships with local technical schools to ensure candidate pool remains large
  • Coordinate and attend all job fairs, recruiting both on-site and at off-site locations like schools or career fairs

Job Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience


2 or more years of recruiting experience either agency or corporate, contact center experience strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to work hard
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Must be results oriented with a drive for success and accountable for metrics measuring ROI
  • Must be a creative thinker and a good negotiator
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and job board knowledge
